Pentima offer RFP writing free of charge. Pentima have a wealth of experience in not only writing RFPs, but also managing the process from start to finish, keeping suppliers at arm’s length, and organising workshops for selected suppliers.
Data Centre Locator
Pentima’s Data Centre Locator tool has the ability to show which data centres with available colocation are present anywhere across the globe. Customers can benefit from being able to compare data centres at the click of a button, along with being able to do a live ping test.
Dynamic Matrices
Pentima’s dynamic matrices are full of data about specific vendors in the market. Customers can input minimal requirements and get a full comparison of the suppliers on the market for the solution they are procuring, identifying key differentiators between each vendor.
Interactive Quality Assessments
Our IQAs are designed to understand a quick summary of requirements. Pentima treat them as a mini-RFI, as they are automatically submitted to their engineers, who respond with insights to the market and providers within 48 hours of submission.
